Mr. Schoenbeck is an associate in the firm Sosin & Arnold, Ltd. He graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign together with a minor in Technology and Management.
His practice areas include land use, zoning, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and all areas of corporate law.
He is an active member of both the Illinois State Bar Association and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
Mr. Schoenbeck has lectured and written articles on the topics of land use, zoning and real property development and was the runner-up in the Illinois State Bar Association's 2008 Lincoln Legal Writing Contest for his article titled "Illinois Zoning Law Six Years After Klaeren."
