The firm represents builders and developers of commercial and residential projects. Our representation includes advice on compliance with state and federal regulations and pre-development land studies. We appear on behalf of clients involved with plan approval, rezoning and annexation matters throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, although we concentrate our zoning practice in the South and Southwest Suburbs of Chicago.
